I think the place with the worst customer service would be Mervyns on Mchenry, ok I don't know if anyone has been in there lately but you can't find anyone in the store and there is tones of clothes on the floors. I was walking in the store with my little boy and there were clothes everywhere and then I was trying to find someone and they all were at the registers. Ok I thought sales people were suppose to be on the sales floors. I walked out of there and I haven't returned. I'd rather go to Kohl's anyday!

Is it just me? Or does everyone feel uncomfortable going into the Hollister and/or Abercrombie and Fitch stores in the Vintage Faire Mall? I swear, everytime I go in there, everyone glares at you! I get the rudest and most sarcastic remarks when I am in there! It makes me so uncomfortable going in there just trying to find a shirt!! Geez! Get some manners people!! You aren't better than everyone else because you are working at a clothing store getting paid minimum wage! Get over yourselves!!!

No it's not just you, I think hands down the rudest service is in the Vintage Faire Mall.  And try going to the mall with just casual clothes, minimal makeup on.  You might as well be an alien from another galaxy with leprosy the way they avoid you!  In particular, I went to the MAC counter and fully intended on spending over $100 on makeup and I asked for the girls advice, she quickly gave me a sample of some makeup told me to go put it on and come back if I liked it.... well, I didn't go back.  Had she actually put it on for me and then suggested other things she would have had a huge commission.  That particular day I had no makeup (since I wanted to try out and buy makeup) and my hair was pulled into a ponytail and I had on just some workout clothes.

I totally agree that MOST vintage faire stores have crappy customer service and also Mervyns on McHenry, but i think has Best Buy has poor service too...but I still don't know if its just bad service or if its the people that don't have the slightest clue what they are talking about )if they even know why they are there!)

My worst experience has come from the Jack In The Box on Orangeburg and Briggsmore. Twice I have sat down to eat a nice lunch and the people working behind the counter are so loud. One of the ladies had all the workers in stitches complaining about another worker, who obviously was not there, and she was so annoying. Then the last time I was there a man came into the store and asked me for money while I'm eating and when I kindly asked him to please leave me alone he started yelling at me. He called me the "C" word about 5 times and when I reached for my purse he thought I was going to call the cops and yelled at me through the window when he walked out. Do you think one person asked me if I was o.k.? NO! What has this world come to?

El Rosal in Turlock on Monte Vista by the freeway stinks!Food would of been better if I got what I ordered. I said 47 and the lady brought my food.. I said I ordered a 47 she argued and said "No you ordered a 27". CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Then another lady asked my parents what they wanted to drink and they got the wrong order, I look at the table next to us and they had the wrong drink too. Then we eat and we go pay up front and the people next to us that had the wrong drink as well, their tab is wrong too! NEVER AGAIN!
